Our dedication to dentistry continually results in product development that provides value to our customers. We lead the way in glass ionomer technology and are well known for more than 20 years of expertise and progress in the field of gypsum products as well as impression and investment materials. In recent years we have added further strategic fields to our portfolio, in the form of innovative systems and products in Aesthetic Dentistry and Minimum Intervention.

The Challenge: 

As a growing enterprise, Praxis faced challenges in efficiently distributing vital documents to their clients across different countries. Their need was straightforward yet complex: to manage the flow of documents to specific countries (Denmark, Norway, Finland) while ensuring accuracy and timeliness. The company needed a reliable solution that could centralize document handling, sort files by destination, facilitate necessary communications, and ultimately send these documents to their trading partners without delays or errors. 

Solutions – What are we doing for the customer 

To address GC Europe challenges, we implemented a comprehensive solution involving document routing and conversion.Here’s how we structured the solution: 

  • Routing Invoice via IMAP Gateway: We established an IMAP gateway that enabled the secure receipt and routing of invoices based on validation criteria. This system ensured that documents were sorted and directed to the appropriate recipients, minimizing the chances of errors. 
  • Excel/PDF to IDoc conversion: The conversion of documents from Excel/PDF to IDoc format was a key part of our solution.The conversion not only streamlined document handling but also made data extraction and processing significantly more efficient.

The primary products involved in this solution are the IMAP Source Gateway. These tools provide a robust platform for managing business documents and facilitating various conversions. Our services include:
